I have Vue 6 xStream. Do I also need Vue 6 Infinite?
No. Vue 6 xStream includes all the tools available in Vue 6 Infinite. When running in standalone mode, Vue 6 xStream behaves exactly like Vue 6 Infinite. The only difference between xStream and Infinite is that, on top of the standalone mode, xStream also lets you integrate your environments inside other 3D applications, whereas Infinite only operates as a standalone application.
Vue6がリリースされたようなのでライセンスに関する情報を再度収集しておりましたらFaqに載っていました。
これによると xStream に Infiniteが含まれているようです。
xStreamが出た当初は別ライセンスだったように記憶していたのですが、
勘違いだったかなぁ。
ということで、xStreamだけ買えばＯＫということみたいですね。
他3Dアプリとのパイプラインが付いているらしいので、背景制作には便利なのかなと。
価格は$895。ちょっと高いですねぇ。
